Freight Policy

Due to our extensive industry knowledge we have been able to configure a fast and reliable freight process. We have a flat delivery fee of $8 to all Metro areas and $15 to Country areas Australia wide. We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days (if in Stock at Trade Products) with the majority of orders arriving in 2-3 working days.

What’s the Guarantee?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 working days we will give you a gift voucher to the value of 20% of your purchase.

Please note Guarantee does not apply to special orders or if our suppliers are out of stock.

Will you be contacted if there is a delay?
Yes Max will send you an email if there is any issue with your order.

How do I track my order?
Log into ‘My Account’ and go to My Orders, then click on the order, this will bring up details of your order and show you the Delivery Status.

If at any stage you are not happy with the freight procedure please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
