I haven't shopped online before, what do I do?
First of all you need to find the products you wish to purchase. You can do this by entering the name in the quick search box in the top left hand side of the webpage. Then click the ‘go’. Or you can click on the appropriate catagories and drill down until you find the item you are after.

Once you have found the product you are looking for enter your quantity and click ‘add to cart’. When you have finished shopping you will need to enter your details. We need this information to process and ship your order. It also creates an account here at Trade Products so next time you purchase something from us, you don’t need to enter your details again.
Then it is simply a matter of following the checkout process. At this point you will need to provide your credit card details.

Trade Products has a secure payment process but if you are not comfortable with entering your credit card details online you may print the order and fax it to us on 1300 71 81 91 or you can call us (9am-4pm Monday to Friday) to pay over the phone or to direct deposit or send a cheque. (Please note monies need to clear before your order is shipped. This is usually overnight for direct transfer or 3-5 working days for a cheque.)

Is it safe to buy online?
It is safe to buy online with Trade Products. Your personal data is held securely and used only in accordance with our privacy policy. No credit card details are kept by Trade Products.

Will items in my shopping cart be saved for purchase on another day?

If you have registered an account with us & log on using your email address and password then the items in your cart will remain there for future visits to our site. The items will stay in your cart until you purchase them or remove them from your cart.

What if I wish to return goods or goods are damaged?

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact us by email or phone the team on 1300 71 81 91 (9am-4pm Monday to Friday) to obtain a return or damaged goods form.

I wish to change my Password or account details?

Simply log into your account and go to ‘My Details’. You are then able to change your password and other details.

What happens if I change my email address?

Log into your account using your old email address and then change your details. If you no longer have these details please contact us and we will change them for you.

How do I track my order?

Log into your account and go to My Orders, then click on the order, this will bring up details of your order and show you the Delivery Status.

Can I unsubscribe from Max’ Newsletter?

Log into Your Account and go to My Details, you can change the box for Max’ Mail from ‘Yes Please’ to ‘No Thank You’, then click on submit.
